Level Up LUND! stands as Sweden’s largest gaming and career event, merging esports tournaments, LAN parties, hackathons, and expert panels to connect enthusiasts and industry professionals in Lund’s Sparbanken Skåne Arena. In the months leading up to its launch, we supported the Level Up LUND! team with strategic content planning, hands-on content creation, internal social media management, and introductions to potential event partners to elevate both reach and relevance.
Content mapping & creation: We designed a full editorial calendar mapping narrative themes—like speaker highlights, tournament teasers, partner spotlights, and community features—to corresponding social formats (e.g., teaser videos, carousel posts, countdowns). We then produced polished visual and video assets aligned with each theme and platform.
Internal social team management: We worked closely with Level Up LUND!’s internal team, facilitating guidance around tone, platform mix, posting cadence, and live coverage strategies, while empowering them to own the channel confidently.
Introductions to potential partners: Leveraging our network, we connected Level Up LUND! with industry organisations and content collaborators, setting the stage for potential event partnerships such as livestream sponsors, exhibitor booths, or collaboration panels.
