Esports Team Manager is an upcoming esports management simulator developed by The Brain Trust, touted as one of the most realistic in the genre, simulating everything from player contracts to merch pricing and team strategy. As the game gears up for release in Q4 2025, we’ve been closely embedded with the team, overseeing all aspects of marketing strategy—from social content planning to outreach with NIL teams and influencers.
Approach & Execution
Social Media Strategy & Management: Serving as the marketing lead, we defined content pillars (development updates, team features, in-game mechanics), cadence, and platform-specific formats across channels.
Content Creation: Produced dynamic content, from feature spotlights, UGC content, to dev updates like staff hiring, merchandise control, and season strategy.
Development Milestone Tie-Ins: Timing content drops to milestones, e.g., wishlist announcements, team partnerships, dev diary posts—keeping the audience informed and engaged.
Outreach & Engagement: Initiated and managed outreach to NIL teams, esports organisations, and relevant influencers to secure partnerships, whether for community showcases, influencer playthroughs, or co-branded promotional activations.
Campaign Coordination: Ensured messaging was consistent across all touchpoints and adapted rapidly to developer updates, community feedback, or press mentions.
